Training
WebRecruiter delivers classroom-based end-user training, online end-user
training, assistance developing in-house computer-based training modules,
as well as online or classroom-based "train-the-trainer" seminars.
Support
WebRecruiter provides Web, email and telephone
support either to corporate help desks escalating issues from end-users
as well as directly to end-users, as requested by each client. To maximize
quality assurance, weekly or bi-weekly support teleconferences are offered
to all customers, large and small.
